Your use and/or access to the Bonbon Group website and its products/services is subject to your agreement of the below Conditions of Use.
The agreement is formed between you and Bonbon Limited.
Under no circumstances shall Bonbon Group Ltd be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, from the use of, or reliance on the Bonbon Group Ltd website. Bonbon Group excludes all liability (including for negligence) to you or anyone else in respect of any loss or damage (including special, indirect or consequential loss or damage such as loss of revenue, unavailability of systems or loss of data) arising from or in connection with any, use of the information on or access through the Bonbon Group website.
International Clearance Fees and Taxes
Please note that you are responsible for any clearance charges that the destination country my charge.
Customer Service Policy
Bonbon Group Ltd takes every endeavour to ensure that your pack arrives on your specified day and in good condition. If there is a problem with your delivery or non-arrival of products, there are a number of resolutions depending on your particular situation. We do operate a refund policy in the form of a replacement products in the event of a non-arrival. Please email details to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you change of address and fail to update your details on the Bonbon Group Ltd website you will be liable for the Bonbon Group Ltd being posted to the wrong location. We will not be responsible for any delays to member’s delivery which falls outside the control of Bonbon Group Ltd or our employees.
Please choose your purchase carefully as a refund may not be provided if you simply change your mind. Repairs, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted or provided unless the goods are faulty or unfit for purpose.
All goods purchased online from Bonbon which qualify for a refund may be exchanged for a refund with proof of purchase. This is provided that the goods are returned within 10 days of purchase, have not been used and are in their original packaging.

Price / Payments
Bonbon Group Ltd reserves the right to cancel or suspend promotions or discount offers at any time without warning.
Ordering online with Bonbon Group Ltd is safe and secure. We have a secure online store and use the Payment Express Gateway to process credit card transactions. DPS processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service. DPS Payment Express Software is certified with over 200 banks globally.
The Bonbon Factory Ships out its parcels daily, we will do our best to move your order from being received to leaving our factory as soon as possible we have a 48 hour target. Parcels are shipped with New Zealand Post Couriers, you will be emailed throughout the process so you know what stage your parcel is at. If you are ever in doubt please contact us via email with your order number firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once an order has been made and paid for, you cannot cancel it, unless in a special circumstance and the cancellation is approved by our company. Please email us email@example.com
